I don’t have a traditional background in marketing and count myself all the better for it. I’m most interested with the intersection of customer insights, storytelling, and the emotional connectivity that brands & services can create with their customers. My greatest role is that of a coach, advocate, and collaborator with the incredible teammates I work with.
